Purchases should be dispatched within 5 working days, during busy periods though this may take a little longer.

UK Postage

All delivery in the United Kingdom are shipped with Royal Mail 1st class.

International Postage

If you wish to purchase an item but I do not currently deliver to your country, please contact me and I will hopefully be able to arrange delivery for you.

Unfortunately I cannot issue a refund on items that are lost in the post. (Proof of postage for every purchase is retained).

Returns Policy

You may returns any D-W-D products for credit or exchange for another item within 15days of receipt. Any items returned must be in their original conditions, not opened or altered.

Please be aware that the return postage must be covered by the customer.
